Eclectic contemporary Kitchen and Bath

The design for this project focused on redefying the layout of the kitchen and cultivating a new feel for the bathroom with new materials and minimal layout changes. The kitchen’s primary design was focused on creating a good flow while maintaining the scenic view. The bathroom had its own design challenge: the air return’s location. The unit interrupted the flow of the bathroom and needed to be integrated so the space could be better utilized. By fashioning the vanity around it, counter space was created and more creative storage solutions were implemented. The exterior of the house (shown below) is also altered by a new addition of a porch off of the front of the house and a 3 season room off the back.
