My Background

My interest in design began when I was in middle school. At the time, my goal was to become a culinary chef with a focus on cake decorating. When I reached high school I had attempted to be placed in the culinary arts track but due to scheduling errors, I was placed in a Drafting & 3D Modeling class. It was my first experience with using 3D software and I was hooked. I became familiar with SolidWorks and I wanted to continue my education in 3D Visualization. My high school offered an introduction to architecture course and it was there that I discovered my interest in Residential Interior Design through using Chief Architect.

I attended and graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. I am now well versed in using Revit, CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp, Enscape, and Chief Architect. I have been continuing to learn more by exploring other programs like Lumion, Adobe Animation, 3DS Max, and Blender.
